Shipping & Returns
Our mugs are fulfilled in 18 countries: Australia, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and the United States. All orders over $50 must be located in one of the mentioned countries to qualify for free shipping.
Our advanced routing algorithm selects the best fulfillment center for your order at the time of purchase. While we strive to fulfill orders from the nearest location, some orders may be shipped internationally due to availability.
Please allow 4-7 business days for your order to arrive via standard shipping.
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided. While we will do our best to ensure your order is delivered on time, Brewtiful Sips cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. You will only be charged for the items shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges.
Due to the nature of our mugs being printed on demand, we currently do not support returns. All sales are final. Refunds and cancellations are not permitted once an order has been completed online, regardless of shipping status.
If you received a defective or damaged order not caused by you, we will cover the costs of a new order. This includes:
- Damage to the delivered products
- Errors in the number or quantity of the delivered products
- Lack of quality of the delivered product
For packages lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We'll be happy to send a replacement order on your behalf.
